To ensure proper placement of your child, all summer camp registrations are completed in person with a member of the Vacamas Staff.

Registration is open throughout the year and takes place in many convenient locations throughout the metropolitan area. No child is ever turned away from Vacamas due to financial hardship. Registration Dates

To register for Camp at Vacamas, you and your child must make an appointment to register in person with a member of the Vacamas Staff.

Here are some upcoming registration dates:

• Saturday, January 30 – New York City
• Saturday, February 13 – Roosevelt Field
• Monday, February 15 – New York City
• Wednesday, February 17 – New York City
• Friday, February 19 – New York City
• Saturday, February 20 – Colonial Youth Center

YOU MUST HAVE AN APPOINTMENT TO REGISTER FOR CAMP.

Please bring the following items with you to your registration appointment:

• Your camper! We want to meet them.
• A copy of your child's vaccination record.
• A copy of your child's medical insurance card.
• A copy of your child's most recent school report card.
• A copy of your family's tax return or evidence of income.
• $75 registration fee.

Camp Vacamas is a Non-Profit Organization.

Our aim is to ensure that summer camp is affordable for all children. Each child's camp fee is set individually, taking into account family income and size using our sliding fee scale. Our rates are a great deal lower than other summer programs. Sibling and multi-session discounts are available. Financial Aid and scholarships are offered based on eligibility. No child is ever turned away from Vacamas due to financial hardship. Transportation to Camp is provided from NYC, Philadelphia and Long Island at no additional cost.
